Invenire Design Limited aims to help you understand what personal information we might collect about you and how we use it.  We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act in dealing with your personal data.

When you contact Invenire Design Limited at we may collect and process the following data about you to help us deal with your igardenvision enquiry and to service your request:

Legal basis to process your personal data

Data Retention

  • We will only retain your personal data for as long as we believe it is up-to-date and for accounting purposes as legally required. We verify our data periodically and if we learn that you are no longer involved with a business that is in our database, we will remove your data from our records.
  • If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  • For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to prevent fraudulent access to our member-only areas.
